Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary material without the express written permission of Money with Carla or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of any content may result in legal action, including fines and other penalties.

7. Login Access & Security

Access to Money with Carla courses and associated materials is provided on a strictly individual basis. When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the content for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including your username and password) for accessing any courses or members-only areas on the Website.

You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make your login credentials available to any other individual or entity, whether for free or for compensation.  Any such sharing or unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, as well as potential legal action. 

Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, you must notify Money with Carla immediately. Money with Carla reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect or discover that you have shared your login details or otherwise violated this clause.

14. Payment Terms 

For any paid Services offered by Money with Carla, payment is due immediately upon signing up or as otherwise specified. Access to the service or commencement of the course will only be granted upon receipt of full payment or adherence to the agreed-upon short payment terms. 

Late payments will result in access to products being revoked immediately. Failure to make timely payment may result in the delay or cancellation of Services.

Products from Money With Carla are priced in US Dollars. The amount paid by you may be influenced by your bank's and card issuer's charges for foreign currency transactions as well as the exchange rate offered for currency translation for foreign currency. For certain products refund options are available and refunds will be made in US Dollar, we cannot refund extra charges (described above) and cannot be held responsible for the changes on foreign currency exchange rates from date of purchase and date of refund.

15. Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable Contracts 

Where you enter into a contract with Money with Carla for specific services or programs that involve onboarding and commencement of service, you acknowledge and agree that such contracts are non-cancellable by you and all fees paid are non-refundable, except as may be explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Money with Carla.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.  However, if you are a consumer resident in a country where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, you will retain the benefit of those rights despite this choice of law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Money with Carla reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. However, if changes are material, we will notify users by a notice on the Website or by other appropriate means.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are provided in English. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and  a translated version, the English version shall prevail. 

Money with Carla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Website at any time without prior notice.
